1. Starting salary
We never advertise a salary with our vacancies, because we believe that pay should depend on the value you can bring to the company. If you solve big problems for us, we believe you should earn more.
2. Regular pay reviews
We encourage every staff member to REQUEST A PAY RISE every 12 months! Yep, you read that correctly! You see, we believe that asking for a pay rise every 6 months can only provide a positive outcome. If you ask for a pay rise and and we agree that it is deserved, you get it! Alternatively, if we disagree, we will always make sure you have an explanation why and give you a clear road map on how to obtain one. We want our team to be paid in proportion to the value that you can bring to the company.
3. Work/life balance (flexible TOIL system)
We are firm believers of a good work/life balance, and we think that you should be able to go to every school play, and attend every family occasion! Life is too short to miss an opportunity to create memories with loved ones. We offer a flexible TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) system that allows you to take flexible time off work. We are also able to provide increased flexibility around the school holidays, to support changing childcare requirements.
4. Continued support & development
We will never drop someone in the deep end and just expect them to swim, everyone gets weekly check-ins, and continued support and training. We also have a rule that there is no such thing as a stupid question.
