Position: Lettings Viewing Assistant (Friday & Saturday)

Location: Maesteg & surrounding

Hours: 12 hours per week

Days & times: Friday & Saturday, 11am - 5pm.

Own vehicle: Yes - own vehicle required

About the role; 

Working from our branch in Maesteg, as a Lettings Viewing Assistant your core responsibilities will include booking in and conducting viewings. Friday will be mostly office based (Maesteg), and Saturday will be mostly out on the road conducting viewings. Full training is provided, and no experience required. What is required though, is a professional image and confident telephone manner, because after all, you will be the voice and face of the company for most of our lettings applicants. 

You will also help to answer other general enquiries from customers over the phone, and from walk-in customers, and some other tasks may also be required such as conducting inspections.

Do you consider yourself to be a good "people person"? Whether you have experience or not, the key to excelling in this position is an outgoing personality, and a professional image.

Please note - a full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this position. Your fuel will be reimbursed. Most appointments are conducted in Maesteg and surrounding areas, however some may be further afield therefore you should also be confident in driving on the motorway. Any applications without a UK driving licence and own vehicle, will be strictly declined. 

A typical day;

You arrive at the office, pop the kettle on, and take advantage of whatever fresh fruit or snacks we have stocked in the kitchen. Energised and ready to go, you'll pick up the phone and start calling applicants who have requested a viewing. No cold calling is required. Several other admin responsibilities may also be required, but don't worry, because full training will be provided.
